At Winston Hills Yoga, we are passionate about health and well-being – the natural way. That’s why we provide genuine yoga classes and natural therapies. We want to help you become the most awesome person you can be!
We offer a number of yoga classes at our studio, as well as several styles, and our teachers are all qualified with at least 200 hours Yoga Australia recognised training and regular ongoing training. With a combined teaching experience of over 25 years, you will get the necessary attention and instruction needed to learn the poses that you generally don’t get in gyms. We sense a feeling of community – we are more like a family. Come, have fun, relax and make new friends!
All our teachers focus on alignment and teaching you how to safely and intelligently approach your yoga so you get the attention and help you need to grow and develop in your yoga practice.
We are approximately 15 mins from Parramatta, Blacktown, Wentworthville & Castle Hill and best reached by car as there are limited public transport options in the area.
We also provide private lessons for those who want something more customised, Corporate classes for businesses and their staff PLUS Kids Yoga classes for primary and high schools in the area.

Meditation Workshop with Rama Dasa
We welcome guest teacher Rama Dasa to Winston Hills Yoga. Rama Dasa brings his amazing teaching and music to us for a 3 hour workshop on Saturday October 8. His focus is on helping people in self-exploration, inner development and service to society.
Be uplifted and empowered by the ‘stillness’ and ‘clarity’ of meditation and music!

Price increase in October
As of October 1, due to increased costs, our regular class prices will increase slightly but there will no longer be any surcharge for credit card payments. We will also no longer be offering change for cash payments so please ensure you have the correct money. We are looking at setting up a direct debit facility where we can process the payment from your bank account/credit card. If you would prefer to pay via direct debit, please let us know and we’ll send you the relevant authorisation form.
Please note – The complimentary class after 10 visits will also no longer be offered.
