How often do I need to do yoga?

It is recommended to practise yoga 2-3 times a week to gain maximum benefit but of course, once a week is still good for your body, mind and soul!

Do I need to book into a class beforehand?

It is preferable that you do to ensure your place as our spaces are limited. To book into your desired classes, just click here.

Do you have pregnancy yoga?

We don’t have a dedicated pregnancy yoga class but you are most welcome to join in any class & the teacher will make any necessary modifications depending on how far you are into the pregnancy. Some of our students are mums who practised yoga throughout their pregnancies with these modifications.

What do I need to bring/wear to class?

Wear something comfortable eg. Shorts/gym pants & T-shirt/singlet. In winter, wear layers. Bring your mat, some water and money/pass. If you don’t have a mat, you may hire one for $2 for the class.

How do I claim yoga classes with my health fund?

We can issue receipts for your yoga classes however all health funds have different criteria. Please contact your health fund for more information and send us an email request.

I have a new injury, can I still come to class?

Yes, because it is still very important to keep your body moving to some degree during the healing process but please let the teacher know and s/he will give you modifications so as not to aggravate the injury.

I am a member at a local gym, can I get a discount?

Yes! For all confirmed current local gym members (i.e. within a 5km radius), you will be eligible to attend our classes at concession prices and/or purchase a concession 10 class pass. Just get your gym to contact us to confirm your membership and we’ll do the rest.
